Orange police responded to a dispute complaint on Riverside Drive on Sunday, August 16 at 10:29 p.m.
Investigation revealed that Jennifer A. Mizzone, 50, of that address, was involved in this dispute which turned physical.
Subsequently, she was taken into custody and charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.
Mizzone was released on a promise to appear in court on August 17.
