Orange Police responded to the area of 60 Boston Post Road on a report of an unresponsive man in a motor vehicle on Thursday, Jan. 21 at 12:30 p.m.
Investigation revealed that Bryan K. Brevard Jr., 36, of New Haven was impaired. Officers administered standardized field sobriety tests, and Brevard was taken into custody and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
He was released after posting a $60 cash bond and given a court date of Feb. 16.
