Santa Brought The Highway Department A Timely New Toy

There’s one thing that I know for sure, and that is the pleasure Highway Crew Chief Donny Foyer and his men take in introducing any new equipment when it arrives.

So here we go: the town of Orange unveils it’s newest snow fighter.

At a cost of $180,000, this beautiful 2020 Mack truck equipped with plow and sender arrived just in time for the 2020-2021winter season.

The new Mack replaces the “Old 44”, a 1980 Mack Truck that served the town well for 40 years.

Pictured are Troy Lagase, the assigned driver of the new Mack, along with Orange Crew Chief Donald Foyer Sr.

Congratulations boys! Enjoy your new truck, may it be as kind to you and the town as Old 44 was.
