In memory of our former officer and friend. May he find peace and comfort in God’s loving arms. We will never forget him.
Leslie “Les” Abrams was a Supernumerary Officer with our Department from June 28, 1978 – July 13, 1992.
He earned full certification from the Municipal Police Training Council in 1988, being recognized for his “dedication, perseverance, and professionalism”.
As a Supernumerary Officer, Les was awarded two Letters of Commendation and Two Letters of Recognition by the Orange Board of Police Commissioners. Included among his commendable acts was the prompt action taken to prevent a suicide.
Les will be sorely missed and our thoughts and prayers are with his family during this difficult time.
