Thank You Orange Lions For Another Great Easter Egg Hunt

The Orange Lions Club hosted its 60th annual Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 8, at the High Plains Community Center grounds (Orange Fairgrounds).

There was face painting, games, and other activities for the children to keep them entertained until the Easter Bunny arrived and greeted children in the gazebo before the start of the Easter Egg Hunt.

The Hunt was divided into four (4) age groups, which each child to have an equal opportunity to collect the thousands of chocolate eggs that the Lions Club will have to distribute.

The four age groups are (1) Pre-School through Kindergarten; (2) First GradeĀ and Second Grade; (3) Third GradeĀ and Fourth Grade; (4) Fifth Grade and Sixth Grade.

Thousands of chocolate eggs were distributed during the hunt. Prizes were awarded to children in all age categories for finding specially marked “Star” eggs.

Thank You Orange Lions for always being there for the community. You made the right call postponing the event for the rain date, and as always, you showed everyone a great time.
