On Saturday, Feb. 26, officers responded to the Orange Police Department at 8:50 p.m. to meet with a complainant regarding a dispute that occurred on Ann Rose Drive.
Investigation revealed that Joshua D. Sanner, 39, of Orange was involved in the dispute which escalated.
Subsequently, he was taken into custody and charged with disorderly conduct and interfering with an emergency call.
Sanner posted a $2,500 bond and received a court date of Feb. 28.
