During a traffic stop on Racebrook Road on Saturday, Feb. 26 at 4:56 p.m. officers spoke to the driver, Santiago Falero Jr., 29, of New Haven.
During the stop it was discovered that Falero was traveling with another person, with whom he held an active protective order. Subsequently, he was taken into custody and charged with violation of a protective order.
According to the report, Falero Jr.posted a $5,000 bond and received a court date of Feb. 28.
