Orange Police: Man Charged With Intimidation, Racial Ridicule

On Thursday, Feb. 24, officers responded to the Orange Police Department at 8:07 p.m., to process Christian Cortes, 40, of Wallingford, who was turning himself in on an active arrest warrant. 

The warrant stemmed from an incident that occurred on the Boston Post Road on Jan. 28.

Cortes was taken into custody and charged with second-degree intimidation, racial ridicule, and second-degree breach of peace.

He posted a $2,600 bond and received a court date of March 9.
