On Sunday, July 20, at 3:34 a.m. patrol officers observed a motor vehicle driving erratically on Marsh Hill Road.
A motor vehicle stop was completed and officers came into contact with Gianna R. Pach, 18, of Milford. According to the report, Pach’s eyes were glossy and droopy.
She was asked to perform Standardized Sobriety Field Tests. Subsequently, she was taken into custody and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Police said Pach posted a $500 bond and received a court date of August 4.
