The last time we were at TGI Fridays, 348 Boston Post Road, Orange, was on Oct. 21, 2017.
Recap:
Around 7:45 p.m. on Oct. 21 while bar customers were watching the Major League baseball games and others were having a meal in the dining room an alarm went off, alerting the Orange Volunteer Fire Department of a problem.
The manager and staff immediately got busy and made sure everyone was safely evacuated from the building.
Faulty equipment in the kitchen was to blame for the fire that sent smoke throughout the building and resulted in some expensive repairs to the roof and other areas.
Update:
After three months of work, the Orange Chamber of Commerce welcomed TGI Fridays back to Orange at their ribbon cutting ceremony for the Grand Re-Opening today.
The restaurant is open 7 days a week from 11 a.m. to midnight. Stop by and welcome them back!
