Town Clerk Mary Shaw released this list of property transfers filed with her office during the month of July.
The actual amount of money passing hands appears to be much less than in the past, but the documents Mrs. Shaw sent to us includes an entire page filled with probate certificates, which we do not publish because we feel that’s a private family matter.
